Theme: Multifariousness

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

She is a Software Developer at Adobe Systems, and the Founder of a Lean In India -- which is India's official chapter of Lean In. Lean In is a non-profit international organisation , founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, that aims to empower women towards their ambitions through peer mentorship and support. Today Lean In India is a community of 2000 member and 70 Lean In Circles. She is also a post graduate in Computer Science. She has been awarded scholarships like Google Women Techmakers, Facebook Grace Hopper Conference and Grace Hopper Conference India. She interned with Adobe and IBM during her college days. She was also awarded travel grant and was invited to attend the Lean In Regional Leaders Conference twice in Palo Alto, USA.

Subin Sudhir has completed his FPM from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, prior to which he was a Consultant with the Institute for Consumer Relationship Management (iCRM) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was involved in consumer research and insights, digital marketing, marketing automation and analytics related consulting projects with major clients in Malaysia and across the globe.
