It seems our world has got more problems than it has good leaders. And can’t afford any illusions that they would come flying from the sky, with inexplicable red capes. We can’t just hope that our terrible boss will stumble upon a leadership class.
So how can we find them ourselves – here on earth? In our daily lives, the cultures we create, and within ourselves.
After starting off with a short couple of pre-recorded clips of TED-talks we will discuss:
what would the world look like without enough leaders?
what is their role, that make them so important?
how can we ourselves play the role of encouraging and creating more leaders?

With an expertise in leadership and change, our co-host will set us off for a great discussion with a short workshop. Charlotte Sundåker is a passionate leadership consultant and board executive in organizations such as Hyper Island, Swedish Film Institute and Wise Group.
