Theme: Swarm in Action

A swarm is a group of individuals in which everyone has freedom and independency alongside a specific role for contributing to the benefit of the whole group. If each one makes a little change, the final result is huge. The power of many small actions is greater than the power of a single big one. It`s about changing our point of view, about having a bigger vision of the whole. This is why this event was created: to go beyond the standard learning path, to have new experiences, to look at things in a different way, developing oneself as member of the community.
