Theme: Young and Hungry

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Adham Raydan

Graduated with a masters degree in operations management and logistics , Adham is a Red Cross volunteer and a first aid trainer. He was accepted in an internship program in Switzerland in summer 2015 under the title "Initiatives of Change".

Akasha Kabboul

Akasha is an outstanding ninth grader, not only is she at the top of her class but she is also an avid reader and a strong supporter of women rights. Akasha also believes that in order to achieve a perfect life you should achieve happiness and her happiness is found in the small stuff and moments spent with others.

Dalia has graduated from Al Rabih School in 2014, she is currently majoring in public health but still has no facebook, twitter, instagram or snapchat account.

Dareen Nasr

Dareen is a smart seventh grade student. But after a family tragedy a couple of years ago her life was not the same. But no matter what happens, Dareen has made her choice to always be positive.

Karen is a tenth grader with a passion for music. She may not be the best singer, as her friends would say, but she does appreciate music in all its forms wherever it mat be, even in the strangest of places.

Nourhan is an eighth grader, she is at the top of her class, an avid reader and someone who loves to live using the power of her imagination.

Smart, talented and romantic tenth grader. Patricia loves to read novels and imagine herself in the world in which these novels take place.

Youssef is a confident eleventh grader who believes in his dreams. Youssef dreams big and his goal is success.
