Theme: Imagination Out Loud

The topic of TEDxEAL is “Imagination out loud”. We want to represent a platform of speakers and listeners that are proud to share "out loud" their creativity, quirkiness, uniqueness and playfulness. The theme is about embracing new ways to think, new ways to express, and new ways to dream.

Blake Brigman

Languages have been his “plane ticket” to the world. Growing up in the Midwestern State of Wisconsin, Blake moved to Europe after having become an Italian citizen. In order to expand his opportunities for travel he started learning new languages at 4 am each morning. Blake speaks 8 languages with various degrees of fluency and has no intention of stopping.

Christo Bartram

25 years old Christo Bartram from Germany takes us on a fearful journey into the jungle of Indonesia. A traveler, and adventurer, Christo knows about the darkest fears of the jungle.

Dan Goods

During the day Dan is the “Visual Strategist” for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. There he shepherds an amazing team developing creative ways of communicating, and working to transform complex concepts into meaningful stories that can be universally understood. His work is seen in public spaces, art museums, and is in outer space.

David Delgardo

David Delgado is an artist, designer and educator at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he develops experiences that celebrate the wonders of of the natural world and our ambitious quest to understand it.

Gabriel Marrero

23 years old Graphic Designer Gabriel Marrero is from Tenerife, Spain. As a child Marrero was always imaginative and creative and it became a habit he never stopped. Marrero is a naturally creative spirit, uninhibited by outside pressures. This allows him to communicate his idea in a effective and unusual way.

Lukas Hrdlicka

Lukas is a 27 year old Presentation Specialist and Pitch Coach from Prague, Czech republic. He helped hundreds of individuals and companies. Not by creating "presentations" but by creating experiences instead.

Markus Ziegler

Markus Ziegler is a creative engineering student who likes to inspire and motivate people. The 26-year-old German is passionate about divergent thinking and likes to generate innovative ideas which make an impact on everyday life.

Patryk Majchrzyk

Patryk Majchrzyk is 22 years old and comes from Czestochowa, Poland. He currently studies Multimedia Design and Communication at Lillebaelt Academy in Odense. He decided to talk about something close to his heart, and shares a deeply personal story.

Peter Storm-Henningsen

Peter Storm-Henningsen is a 44 years old associate professor at EAL in Organizational psychology, Innovation and Philosophy of Science. Peter holds an m.a. degree in philosophy, undertaking doctoral studies in cognitive science and is a member of the board of the Danish philosophical society.
