Students from WASO will explore questions which plague modern society and delve into the realm of innovation and discovery. This event will be based upon aspects of everyday life which link to the world outside our small communities. Students will analyze how humankind are evolving as a species into a new era of enlightenment.

Sian Evans is an international student, born and raised in Dubai with a single parent who is actively involved in various parts of the community. As a result of this, she has had lots of involvement with charity work and been exposed to many things that other people have not had the opportunity to.

Waleed Aamir

Waleed Aamir is a very energetic and intelligent student. He is a born leader and a marvelous presenter. In and out of school he is sensational at technology. In his free time he likes to further develop his skills in technology and also spares some time to play video games. His speech at TedX was very informative and very hilarious too. His confidence struck his audience with awe and dazzled them. He is truly an inspiration.
