At the Lebanese International University, we are proud to annoucne our first TEDxLIUSanaa event in Januray 2015. It will be the first event of its type in a university in the country. Our theme is #Outside_the_box inspiring thinking outside the box and promoting creativity, innovation, and aspirations.

Ali Al Ashwal

الدكتور علي الأشول، حاصل على دكتوراه في تحليل النظم الكهربائية. يشغل حالياً منصب المدير الأكاديمي في الجامعة اللبنانية الدولية Dr. Ali Al-Ashwal has a PhD on Electrical System Analysis. Currently working as the Academic Manager of Lebanese International University - Sana'a.

نهى البدجي .. طالبة في الجامعه اللبنانية الدولية تخصص هندسة معمارية, ولها شغفُ بالكتابة Nuha El-Badaji ..Studies architecture at Lebanese International University and she is passionate about writing.

Saber Bamatraf

Saber plays piano since his childhood, he has never had any kind of piano lessons, he cannot read music notes and all songs he plays and composes are by ear and completely self-taught. Nowadays, he is working to complete his debut piano-solo album. يعزف صابر على آله البيانو منذ الطفولـة دون ان يتلقى اي دروس في تعلم العزف! لا يستطيع قراءة النوتات الموسيقية أي ان كل المعزوفات و تأليفاته هي من خلال الأذن (سمعي)، وبذلك عزفه قائم على (التعليم الذاتي) , حاليا يعمل لإنهاء اول البوم له في العزف الانفرداي على البيانو
