TEDxStrettonStateCollege

TEDxStrettonStateCollege offers our Karawatha Cluster the opportunity to provide our highest academic achievers with an international platform to share their brilliant ideas with the rest of the world, as well as each other. We have named our event “Bright Minds, Bright Futures”, because our aim is to help students realise their potential to use their outstanding abilities to make changes both to their own lives, and to those around them. In keeping with the theme of brilliant minds, TEDxStrettonStateCollege has also offered us the opportunity to engage our Grade 11 High Achievers, as well as form partnerships with our fantastic sponsors without whom the event could not have come to fruition.

Students will work in small groups to research and develop a project over a nine week period, culminating in a presentation at the event. They will present alongside a Stretton Grade 11 Academic coach, as well as receiving visits from University Ambassadors along their journey.
