Erik believes creativity needs to be fostered and not smothered in the early years of a child education. Getting hands on experimentation with everything, from code to construction, helps getting there and demystifying everything, from computers to manufacturing. Erik helps both teachers and students engaging in fantastic learning experiences. And best of all, almost all lesson materials in the program can be made from local waste in and around the schools, so the kids can keep learning after school hours.
Frida has developed new methods of designing learning situations. Latest as a process manager of a Gamification project to visualize the students learning with the help of Gaming dramaturgy, resulting in an outline for an application for Gamification in schools. With a background as an educator, developing methods to work with new media as a pedagogical tool in Botkyrka Municipality, she has a deep interest in motivational pedagogy, language development and an understanding of how the digital environment revolutionizes learning. Frida regularly writes articles in Swedish pedagogical magazines.
