Salvatore Cali is a partner and associate director in the Rome office of the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a master's degree from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, and from l'École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA) in Paris, France. He spent the first 14 years of his career with General Electric, holding positions such as design engineer, six sigma master black belt and operation director.
Since joining BCG in 2012, Cali has become a core member of its Operations and People & Organization practices, with a special focus in service and support operations. As a partner and associate director expert in service transformations, he deploys his 25 years of experience to help service companies and support functions to be successful in reshaping their operating models and achieve new levels of efficiency and effectiveness. He believes that with creativity and vision, we can optimize human capital and rethink operations to please customers, employees and shareholders at the same time.
