An engineer by training, Morten Bo Christiansen's first love was designing bridges (and the software to help create them). After a stint at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he integrated his engineering and management skills with an eye toward orchestrating logistical green operations for large-scale organizations.

As Maersk's senior vice-president and leader of their decarbonization team since 2021, Bo Christiansen is working to transition the Danish logistics conglomerate A.P. Moller - Maersk from deep oil and gas dependency to becoming climate-neutral by 2040.
