Marcos Aguiar is a senior partner and managing director at BCG, where he has played multiple leadership roles in Brazil, South America and worldwide. Since joining BCG in 1999, he has worked with clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, mining, energy and consumer goods, to conduct successful large-scale transformations. Aguiar is a fellow for BCG Henderson Institute, a global think tank, where he focuses on digital trust. He holds a PhD in industrial engineering from Loughborough University and a MSc in control and automation from the Federal University of Santa Catarina.
