A license for a Corporate Event covers one TEDx event for corporations that wish to create an event with a co-branded name (e.g., "TEDxPWCDublin"). Corporate Events must be internal, private, staff-only events, and may not be publicly promoted or advertised.

About Corporate Events

We generally do not allow TEDx events to co-brand with corporations or other organizations (that is, we do not allow organizers to include the name of a corporation in their events' names). However, with a license for a Corporate Event, corporations can organize private, employees-only events whose names include the corporation's name.

Only employees of the company organizing the event may attend a co-branded, corporate TEDx event -- if you plan to invite clients or the general public, your TEDx event cannot be co-branded with your company name. (I.e., you would need to apply for a license for a Standard Event, and create a different event name that does not include the corporation's name.)

Corporate Events can only be marketed and promoted internally; fliers, websites, interviews, videos and other promotional or advertising materials visible to the public are never permitted.

Video recorded at Corporate Events is for internal use only and cannot be released publicly.
