A 24-year veteran of BCG, Joe has worked with a range of clients, primarily focused on fundamental transformations, change and organizational effectiveness. He co-founded BCG’s Washington, D.C. office, and, as the founder of the firm’s US Federal Government Practice, he served Sheila Bair and the FDIC during the financial crisis, USPS through the massive mail volume upheaval, and Mary Shapiro and the SEC as they responded to the demands of the Dodd-Frank Law. Joe was named a “Top 25 Consultant” by Consulting Magazine. He now heads BCG’s West Coast office system.
