Because we want to positively inspire the people of San Antonio and Ibiza all through personal stories of personal achievement and respect and improve the environment.

In a situation as serious as now, we want to give the message that it is possible. We will have world renowned speakers, and others without that popularity, relevant to the island of Ibiza, and we will tell stories that deeply touch us, inspire and most of all, make us think.

Carles Oliver Barcelo

In 2009 I joined the IBAVI (Balearic Institute of Housing), where I had the opportunity to draft the "Manual Weather-Environmental Measures Balearic Islands", forthcoming free on-line, draft VPO Sant Ferran in Formentera, and Ecobarrio Campos, Mallorca. I won some awards that make my credibility when I explain to people that things can be done differently.

Juanjo Serra Boned

Today is linked to sport as Manager in the City of Santa Eulalia on the island of Ibiza and resides in Santa Gertrudis. During the past few years has made significant efforts to publicize and promote the island through the organization of sporting events like the World Triathlon organization held in Ibiza in 2003 and fourteen editions of Home de Ferro. In recent years he has discovered his love of writing and has published two books: "Blue Blue" and "Trastades". The motivation for writing "Blue Blue", the first novel by Juanjo Serra, began that summer of 1998 today, that same motivation led him to return to prepare for the biggest sporting challenge of his life was about to end: the journey to swim from Denia to Ibiza. The target date will be June 8, 2013.

Jose Luis Montes

José Luis Montes has been a director of corporations and entrepreneur for 25 years, until he left that environment to found social movement Wikihappiness nonprofit, chair the Forum of MicroONGs, direct and hybrid organization non-profit/for-profit WikiProjects as the Program support social entrepreneurship in NGOs, NGOs XXI. It is also known for his books "The man who was fortunate to fail", recently re-released, and "Gandhi Organizations", and for his frequent presence in the media, at conferences and participating in various think tanks also related to Leadership and values​​.

Thomas Novotny

Thomas E. Novotny, M.D., M.P.H., is Professor and co-director of the Joint Degree Program (PhD) in Global Health. He is a medical epidemiologist and family physician specializing in health systems, non-communicable disease control, and health diplomacy. From 2002-2008, he was a Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine, and he is currently in the Division of Epidemiology at SDSU. At UCSF, he developed curriculum in global health, health diplomacy, and clinical research, and he served on the Faculty Council. He was recognized by the UCSF Academy of Medical Educators for his excellence in teaching.

Javier Perez de Arevalo

Musical and literary creator. Primarily interested in incorporating our everyday creativity and biocentric ethics, all as a challenge to a cultural crisis in which we are immersed. His musical works have been interpreted in various European cities. He also has a doctorate in history, philosophy graduate, masters in bioethics and technical systems navaids (keeper). It was the last lighthouse keeper of Formentera.
