Pietro D'Ettorre

Media analyst - Strategic marketing manager at Shaa, young Italian web company owner of one of the most innovative video-interactive platform for the production of editorial and advertising contents. Previously media business analyst within the advertising dealer of Gruppo L'Espresso, where he acquired a deep knowledge of the dynamics of a market in profound transformation. He is very keen on and passionate of music, especially electronic with its continuous contamination and development.

Guido Guerzoni

Culture designer - Since 1996 he teaches "Management of Artistic and Cultural Institutions" at the University "Luigi Bocconi" of Milan, where he collaborates with ASK Research center. He was Research Fellow at University of Sussex (2001-2003), won the research fellowship at the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles (2003-4), was Deborah Loeb Brice Fellow at the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies (2003-2004) and visiting professor at the Research Department of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London (2008-9). Presently he is CEO of Polimnya Srl, a company of the Venice Foundation in charge of designing and implementing the M9 cultural center of Venice-Mestre.

Giovanni Morale

Communicator of Art - Passionate and enthusiastic communicator of art. In addition to a career in the economic and financial field, after the degree at Bocconi University, he has always cultivated his passion for the history of art: a second degree, the publication of essays related in particular to the Renaissance period in Milan, the artistic management of a cultural association founded by himself and some collaborations with FAI. Member of the Board of Directors of the Ente Raccolta Vinciana, today he is responsible of the art collection of a major bank institution.

Michele Morgante

Genome Scientist - Professor of Genetics at theUdine University, Scientific Director of the Institute for Applied Genomics, a private research and non-profit organization that he helped to found in 2006,where Next Generation Sequencing technologies are used for the analysis of plant genomes. The scope of his research is the understanding of the functional significance of DNA sequence changes and, more generally, of identifying genes that control characters of agronomic interest in order to improve the cultivated plants. His research group has completed the sequencing of the grapevine genome and more recently those of peach, lemon, barley and fir. He received the 2005 Prize for the Physical and Natural Sciences by the Academy of Sciences and, since 2007, is member of the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei, Class of Physical, Mathematical and Natural Sciences.

Nicola Pugno

Scientist of bio-inspired materials - Mechanical Engineer, Physical and Theoretical Astrophysicist, PhD in Structural Engineering, PhD in Biology, Professor of Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin, founder and head of the Lab for Bio-inspired nanomechanics , he published approximately two hundred papers on the best international scientific journals (including Nature and Nature Materials); scientific collaborator of La Stampa (TuttoScienze).

Chiara Tonelli

"Contemporary" architect – she teaches Architectural Technology at the University of Roma Tre. She has been the coordinator of the first Italian project admitted to the Solar Decathlon, a competition among universities around the world in designing buildings capable to generate energy surplus, where the project“MED in Italy “was ranked third and won the gold medal for sustainability. Currently she coordinates the new Italian participation to the Solar Decathlon with the project “RHome for DenCity. In her spare time leads television programs dedicated to architecture.

Giorgio Metta

Robotic Engineer -Director of' iCub Facility of the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), where he leads the development of the humanoid iCub robot. Between 2001 and 2002 he worked at MIT AI Lab in Boston as "postdoctoral associate". His research interests are the bioinspired humanoid robotics, with focus on tstudy and implementation of artificial systems with autonomouss learning capabilities. He carries out its scientific work with interdisciplinary teams including neuroscientists, psychologists, computer and robotic engineers. Author of over 200 publications, Metta is also professor of Cognitive Robotics at the University of Plymouth (UK) .

Goran Lelas

Creative . Internationally renowned designer and artist, he moved from Croatia to Italy to work in the fashion industry. The universe of childhood became his preferred field of expression and, therefore, he established a fruitful cooperation with some of the leading magazines such as Vogue Bambini. He designed theater costumes in Italy and abroad (e.g. for Aida in Shanghai) and illustrations for children's books (e.g. for Gianni Rodari, Murcia Publishers). He now works full-time on his project SOMEWHERE CITY which began with the design and production of toys in co-branding with MoMa, New York and has recently culminated with the LUNA ART, a project in collaboration with Alessi, Artemide and many other experienced manufacturers.
