After graduating from Stirling University in 1996, Thor set up and successfully ran one of Scotland’s earliest Personal Training businesses. In his late 20s Thor trained as an Actor in London and then Acted professionally for a number of years.
As Thor Holt presented and spoke in public for his business and for the charity Cornerstone.org.uk who he was an ambassador for, the confidence and effectiveness of his delivery led people to ask him if he would share his skill. These requests, along with a lifelong passion for coaching the best out of people, led to Thor setting up Present & Personal Ltd in the summer of 2011.

Ben attempted to bag all 283 Munros in four months from 1st December 2011, where the average person will take eight years to do so. If you're one for figures, if he succeeds Ben will have covered 283 mountains over 3,000 feet, about 420,000 feet of ascent and 1,700 miles over sea, track and road.
Between 2010-2012 I planned and attempted twice to climb all the Munros in Scotland in one four month self powered trip. Unfortunately due to funding issues the first time round and getting knocked from my bike by a 4X4 the second time round I have not been able to complete this goal yet.
