About this event
Our TEDxFloyd event is all about creativity, economy, environment, and community. We chose creativity because Floyd is a very creative community. We have a Friday Night Jamboree every Friday night with tons of street music and dancing. We also have all types of art including clay, paintings, clothing, and more. We chose economy because Floyd has a unique economy where everyone supports each other. Environment is another topic because there is so much farming and beautiful landscapes everywhere. And community is a focus because we have so many different and unique communities all over Floyd County.
