Sravalroy holds Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering but his passion towards advertising is enduring. His passion for marketing and advertising lead him to leave his training as a mechanical engineer into the full-blown, rough and tumble jungle of the advertising world. The passion driven craziness made him to take his first job as Student Representative of India for an international digital advertising awards even before he got graduated. For every span of six months he has been promoted for his initiative and motivation, at present he sits as the Junior Member of International Advisory Board of the company. He is person of high fundamentals, true values and Apple fanatic and shows natural instinct towards advertising, he is also one of the youngest delegate of AdAsia 2011 at 22 held at New Delhi. He is keen at learning and never misses a opportunity and currently pursing Executive MBA in Advertising Management and Public Relations at Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA). He comes with a creative edge and realm and out of the box thinker and finally undefined advertising freak. He closely monitors social media and avid researcher and last but not the least he is laying his first steps to make his dreams come true of being an Entrepreneur with a start up of a social network company which offers monetary value to users.
For Sai Prasad Vishwanathan, Risk consultant, U.S. Deloitte, featuring in Satyamev Jayate, the celebrated TV show, was an opportunity to raise the concern over our country’s infrastructural disability. A recipient of multiple awards including the Helen Keller Role Model Person of the Year Award 2010 & I.S.B.’s Torch Bearer Leadership Award – 2011, Sai has now caught the imagination of the world through his indomitable spirit and self-belief in dealing with physical disabilities.Sai was born with severe physical challenges. With more than 60 percent physical disability, he was refused admission in to several high schools as a kid. But he and his parents never gave up. His achievements speak for themselves. A gold medalist from CBIT, a summa-cum-laude research scholar & M.S. Computer Science from University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from ISB, Sai began his career last year at Deloitte as a campus hire. “The number of times you are hurt, insulted and fail – will not matter on the day you achieve that, which your heart most truly wants,” he says. Sai is an adventure freak. In 2008, while in the U.S., he became the first physically-challenged Indian to skydive from 14, 000 feet, which fetched him a mention in the Limca Book of Records. In 2009, he went scuba diving and in 2012 – he was out exploring Grand Canyon and its billion year sediments in a chopper ride. ‘The goal is to explore and experience all the five elements that constitutes life – earth, water, fire, sky and air’, he says. Lastly, his adventurous and academic pursuits have never interfered with his plans to become an entrepreneur. In FY09-10, He consulted Wadhwani foundation & the Home Ministry to create a business model that promotes employment for physically challenged people. He also co-founded a venture called ‘Sahasra’ that provides sholarships to meritorious and financially backward students, so that they can pursue higher education. Sahasra has impacted over 15,000 students.
Shantanu Pandey, 22, is a Computer Science graduate from KVG College of Engineering, Sullia, in India. As a student, he was an active organizer. Shantanu is now a technical trainer who is known to make things simple and travelling a lot, and is working with rural colleges to improve the overall quality. He received Computer Society of India Bangalore’s Award in 2009 for his Cat and Mouse and Relativity Theory as a student, and is very passionate about technology and also has keen interest in cultures and religions. He was a Microsoft Student Partner and went on to be in MSP Social Media Team at Microsoft Imagine Cup 2011 at New York City and 2012 at Sydney. Shantanu now helps students make the best out of technical academic programs and mentors them all along.
A TEDxBMS speaker from January 29 2012, Vineeth Vincent is considered to be India’s biggest beatboxer with over 700 shows to his credit since 2008. In the January and February of 2011 he had the honour of directing 1246 and 2136 people into the Guinness World Records™ and the “Limca Book of Records” respectively for the “World’s Largest Beat Box Ensemble”. Currently signed onto a Sony Music project called “Voctronica” India’s First All-Vocal Orchestra under the management of Zomba, Vincent personally manages the band – All The Fat Children and co-founded a youth centric marketing solutions company called SideStepSolutions based out of Bangalore which is currently developing a commercial youth based art property called “Beatroute India” that focuses on finding the balance between being socially responsible as youth, artists and making a living doing what one loves doing. Born in Pune Sahil comes from a family of applied scientists – his father is an automobile Engineer & mother is a Surgeon. Since his early school days he has shown signs of a prolific mind often putting forward thought provoking questions & creating brilliant ideas to resolve issues being faced in daily life. He spent his early childhood at Indore where he studied in the Delhi Public School .He has always been reported as a prolific child by his tutors seeing his abilities to grasp & observe ahead of his chronological age. For the recent couple of years he has moved to Chennai & has developed a passion for cricket. He also possesses a lot of talent for art & music. He makes decent paintings /sketches & has been playing key board since the age of five where he performed in public on a holy gathering. He has also developed keen interest in automobiles, being influenced by his father. He has been asking many questions to his parents about automotives that are unusually intelligent. He developed his interest in Robotics when he first saw trucks being manufactured by Robots in a video on the internet. He then expressed his desire to learn about Robots. He was put to a Robotics camp by his parents where again he surprised all his tutors with the ability to understand the theoretical as well as the practical aspects on the relevant topics.
Dr.Padmaja is a MBBS graduate from Mysore University and MS from Rajiv Gandhi University, Banglore. She worked for rural development trust Hospital run by Spain Organization for about 2 years. Dr.Padmaja established her own hospital at Tirupati in 2005.
At the age of 9 years her enthusiasm towards classical dance grew up as a phenomenon. As a soloist, she has performed in many desired dance reality shows like SUPER DANCER. She was a delegate for the International children film festival and awarded prizes for dance. She has made her debut appearance as a guest and later acted in many Tamil movies as a lead role. Continuing her career as an actress she also has an ardent interest over Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi.
