Jennifer Leigh Brush
Jennifer Leigh Brush took up her duties as Head of the OSCE to Moldova on 11 April 2012. A career diplomat, she comes to the OSCE from Washington where she was the Director of the State Department Office for South Central European Affairs. Ms. Brush has served as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the United States Embassies in Belgrade, Serbia; Ashgabat, Turkmenistan; and Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands. She has received numerous Superior and Meritorious Honor awards for her work in promoting democracy and conflict resolution. Other postings abroad have been to the United States Mission to the International Organizations in Vienna and the United States Embassies in Sarajevo, Ankara, Warsaw and Belgrade. She received her Masters Degree in Public Policy from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and is a native of Solon, Ohio.
Dmitry Voloshin - founder and administrator of Simpals, one of the first Moldovan startups, writer and ideologue of many successful web-projects 999.md, Point.md, Forum.md, Drive.md, Play.md etc., total attendance of which is over one million users per month. He is also the producer and director of the first Moldovan 3D animated film "The Gypsy." He’s 38 years old, married with two children.
Dorin has an Engineering degree in Materials Science and in Applied Electronics at the French National Institute for Applied Sciences (INSA) of Lyon (2004). In 2008 he obtained his PhD in Semiconductor Physics at Ecole Polytechnique near Paris. His area of interest was centered on obtaining ultra-thin organic layers grafted onto specific silicon surfaces, for applications in the field of micro-electronics. During his PhD work, he also completed a Master's degree in European Studies at the Sorbonne - La Nouvelle University in Paris.
Since 2009, Dorin is a Research Engineer at the Laboratory of Dosimetry Metrology (National Laboratory Henri Becquerel) at the French Atomic Energy Commission in Saclay, near Paris. His current field of interest includes the establishment of a novell reference of high-energy photonic beams for radioprotection.
David, a serial international entrepreneur and now founder of Givey.com, will be sharing stories from his research and experiments in thinking differently about using the power of the Crowd to go to the next level in solving problems in the world.
Eugen is a creative professional. He has entered the world of media and communications as an advertising executive in a company that later became Orange - the leading mobile business in Moldova. Eugen was directly responsible for the brand communication during the launch of Orange in Moldova, considered to be one of the most if not the most successful launch in the group. He later left the company to build his own communications agency, NRG Media, that quickly became a part of Publicis Groupe Worldwide acknowledging the quality and depth of the work developed. Besides brand and communication, Eugen is also passionate about electronic music - he is an active DJ and sound producer having releases on Black Hole Recordings - the home to many of the top DJs in the world. Eugen is also leading NRG Events - a team of young professionals organizing the biggest electronic music events in the country including the recent show of the NR.1 DJ in the world, David Guetta in Moldova.
This year Onorica „graduates” the Government school after 12 years she has dedicated to support the executive in elaborating qualitative public policy making. She has started and restarted strategic planning processes, wrote strategies, laws and guidelines, and trained officials. She’s a domestically educated economist remodeled by western schools of public policy. She will speak for the second time at a TEDx event as something was left unsaid the first time. As a speaker she came with ideas, colors and inspiration. She made attendees believe that the city they live in deserves another colorful outfit. A more enlightened one. At Next level she will talk about those barriers that stand in the ways of the ideas and good intentions and block their passing. How to avoid these barriers we shall see on September 23.
Elena is a journalist, program director at a private TV channel in Moldova. She started her career in Television back in 1998 being in charge of developing and launching new TV projects and various social campaigns. Elena prefers so her personal projects are dedicated to arts and history. She hosts a weekly TV show.
Trained as a linguist, then - as a philosopher. Beside that, he did a lot of stuff - from creative writing to massage therapy. His explorations - both academical and informal - are centered on two areas: dialogue and the body. What is tangible and what escapes any grasp.
Dr. Octavian Ţîcu is Associate Professor at Free International University of Moldova and Researcher-Coordinator at Institute of History, State and Law, Academy of Science of the Republic of Moldova. He received Ph.D. from University of Iasi, Romania (2000). In 2010 he was member of the Presidential Commission for Studying and Appreciation of the Communist Totalitarian Regime in Moldova. He is awarded National Prize of Moldova in the Field of Science and Literature (2004) and Medal “Civic Merit” by the President of the Republic of Moldova (2010). Author of three books (published in Moldova, Germany, Great Britain and USA) and more than 50 articles published in more than 10 countries. During his student years, Ţicu was a professional boxer and won multiple international awards. He represented Moldova at the 1996 Summer Olympics and won the Silver Medal at the European Boxing Cup (1999, Ukraine). He was also a multiple national champion in Moldova.
Maria Gaidar is a Harvard Kennedy School of Government graduate. In February 2009 she became an advisor to the new governor of Kirov Oblast and on July 23 she was confirmed as a deputy governor in Kirov Oblast. Russian political activist and the founder of the Youth movement "DA!"

Chad was a Senior Advisor to Premier John Hamm and the government of Nova Scotia, after working on Parliament Hill for both Senators and Members of Parliament. Chad has worked on campaigns at the municipal, provincial and federal level across Canada. He works between the Toronto and Ottawa offices of Crestview.
Ruslan started his career as a professor at Academy of Economic Studies. He later entered the retail business launching Eurotel and Conect. Now is known for the great success in the restaurant business: Pizza Celentano and more recently Tucano Coffee. Motto: All you need is love.
