TEDxPhnomPenh, a one-day celebration into ‘ideas worth sharing’, is pleased to announce its return on October 15th, 2011 to Northbridge International School.

The theme being explored is Work | Play. Inspired by a rapidly changing country and a city where young people are playing an increasingly vibrant and influential role in shaping a culture and society, the theme is an exploration of who we are, who we want to become, and what it means to grow up in such a turbulent time in Cambodia’s history.

The event is currently seeking speaker nominations and applications from individuals and groups in Cambodia, and around the world. Anyone interested should visit www.tedxphnompenh.com for more information.

TEDxPhnomPenh will combine live speakers with TED video screenings and discussions over the course of a day. TEDxPP is hosted by a team of representatives from the NGO, social enterprise, creative and social innovation sectors, all of whom have an interest in giving voice to dynamic individuals whose ideas are worth spreading.
