Theme: See Possibilities

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Aleksander Doba

68 years old traveler. The only person who kayaked across Atlantic Ocean to South America. He actually did it twice – once from Africa and in 2014 from Europe. This second expedition has been recognized and Aleksander received “Adventurer of the Year” title in National Geographic plebiscite.

Marek Miłoszewski

IT professional with passion for travels. Initiator and organizer of Youth Race during Cycling Szczecin Days. Together with his son Mateusz, he cycled 3200 km between 2007 and 2011 in around Poland trip. This brought this “tandem” to the trip in 2012 when they cycled 14 days to reach London during the Olympic Games. For the last 3 years they are traveling with the rest of family, Małgorzata – his wife and younger son – Marcin.
