Yeonhee Kim has over 19 years of Executive Management consulting experience. She has worked with leading retail firms from within Korea and globally. She is the Asia Pacific Consumer Retail Sector Leader of BCG. In this role she coordinates and develops deep retail capabilities, client teams and topic leaders. Her areas of expertise include retail transformation, new retail business development, growth and turnaround strategy, M&A/PMI and operations improvement.
