Theme: Eureka!

　　Our theme, "Eureka!" means "I have found it!" in Greek. We would like our participants to find that we can encounter great ideas and people, notice our inifinite possibilities and achieve great things even here in Kanazawa. We hope that this event turns into a start of something for our audience. Also, we would like our participants to rethink their environment, thoughts and capabilities so that we/they can contribute to Kanazawa, Japan and the world.
　　We strongly believe in the power of ideas. Everything such as locations, labels, and ages, etc. is just an excuse. We just focus on ideas. Why don't YOU change the world? We are waiting for you.

　　今年のTEDxKanazawaのテーマは“Eureka!”です。“Eureka(ユーリカ)! ”とはギリシャ語で「見つけた！」、「あった！」という意味があります。私たちはオーディエンスはもちろん、スピーカーの皆様など参加された方全員に、金沢には世界を変えられるアイディアを持った人がいる! 金沢ではこんな素晴らしいイベントを開催する事ができる! ということや、参加者ご自身の新しい一面、可能性を"発見" してもらいたいという信念のもと、TEDxKanazawaを主催します。
