El evento pretende mostrar e incentivar a través del valor del gran desierto de atacama como territorio modelador de la vida y una cultura emprendedora y de esfuerzo que ha sabido interpretar y adaptarse a una naturaleza árida e inóspita que ha forjado sistemas endógenos e identitarios únicos que muestran la adversidad como una oportunidad de fuerza innovadora y de creación por sobre una barrera limitante.
