His work at intersection for quality and leadership earned him recognition as Top 5 Indian HR Influencers on Social media by SHRM India for 5 consecutive years. In 2016, Onalytica ranked him among top 20 Future of Work Influencers. Tanmay talks about 3Ls of Self Directed Learning and how to enjoy it while learning in life.
