Singing is an activity that brings people together and fosters connection. In the United States, one in six people have participated in some type of choir or singing group. Research shows that adolescent boys leave choirs in large numbers, due to voice changes, which eliminates a primary source of community and connection for boys. What if we could prevent this loss of connection and community by keeping boys connected to music?
