It’s no secret that equality between sexes hasn’t been achieved yet, and one place where women are constantly left out is the workplace. In the United States especially there is a misunderstanding about women and their place in society, and the truth is that women don’t have any one place, and should be allowed and encouraged to choose how and where they fit into society. How can changes be implemented to better support women in their decisions for their futures?
