Jori Mundy, an executive in the human services arena and Leadership America graduate, found herself at a standstill in her career with hopes of elevating into executive leadership. She quickly realized that meeting the right person who could see her potential and advocate for her, as a woman of color, was the key to a career breakthrough. She shares the importance of this role to aid in shattering glass ceilings for women of color as a bridge into leadership positions.
