Down's syndrome
Felipe Certain Dreyfuss |
TEDxKids@PortoSeguroSchool
• November 2017
Felipe, a 5th year student at Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro, is very fond of playing with his friends, cousins and siblings. He is a great cook and his specialty is to bake cakes for the whole family on weekends at his grandma's country house. In addition to cooking, Felipe is dedicated to making paintings that cover the walls of his house. He enjoys going out with his family to restaurants, especially to a good Japanese restaurant. At TEDxKids@PortoSeguroSchool, Felipe will talk about the importance of treating people with Down’s Syndrome the same way we would treat a non-disabled person, so they feel included. His presentation will also portray the success of people with Down's syndrome at work, in sports, and in social life, demonstrating that they are just as capable as everyone else.
