Federico Massa aka "Iena Cruz", is a Brooklyn based artist from Milan. A globally recognized large scale Mural Artist and highly regarded for his signature mural designs, commissioned for his unique style of drawing and painting. He is using untraditional and unusual combinations of media and technology to express a message on preservation and social-environmental justice issues like climate change.
His art has a social meaning and is offered to serve everyone who passes by and sees it through the large scale, colorful, technically layered murals that often feature animals and nature and represent his strong beliefs in conservation.
Iena Cruz has something else that makes him unique: he creates eating-pollution murals between Rome, Milan and New York. For us, the concept of recharge is strongly linked to the one of sustainability, which is why green art fits perfectly into the conceptual framework of this TEDxLuiss. Iena Cruz is not just an artist, he is a real revolutionary, which makes him interesting and inspiring for those who witness his art and have the privilege of listening to him.
