With Brazil's return to the hunger map and the rising number of people with food insecurity, proposals have emerged to help alleviate this situation. One of those proposals is social gastronomy - a project that involves professionals from the food and beverage sectors, who are willing to transmit knowledge, with the aim of training citizens who are more consistent and prepared to enter the labor market.
