According to the therapeutic view shared by many contemporary psychologists, psychological disturbances form with the contribution of all three biological factors (genes, abnormalities in the functioning of the nervous system, etc.), psychological (misperceptions, ineffective coping strategies, etc.), and social (unsupportive environment, multiple stressors, etc.). Corresponding to these three factors, the specialist may suggest several solutions to your problem: that is medication (by medical experts, helping to stabilize the nervous system), psychological therapy (by a psychologist, to help regulate psychological processes for effectiveness and increase resilience), and support from the community, especially family and friends.
