Chad's talk is in regards to the widely proliferated, but completely avoidable barriers that still exist in our communities that keep large populations of children, siblings, adults and grandparents from participating in innately important play and recreation with each other. He will also provide a framework on how to address these issues taken right from an actual, on-going local inclusive park project.
