Humor has evolved over the years, with "knock-knock" and "guy walks into a bar" joke telling giving way to meme sharing. It's easy to dismiss memes as silly distractions for the millennial generation, but there's more to them than that. From personal experience, Sid reveals how "memes provide us a way to express ourselves without the fear of being judged." Through the simple act of sharing memes, connection can displace loneliness, and provide a moment of laughter to someone who may be in a dark place.
