We all go through tough times in our lives. Maybe we lost a job, a friend, or a loved one. Maybe we simply missed the bus or failed a test. All of theses, no matter how large or small, can cause feelings of grief and how we deal with this is different for every person. Caron is no stranger to grief herself and while she cant tell you how to react to it, she will try to help guide your way.
