In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. City of Harbin is on its way to be one of the loyal followers of the spirit of TED's. TEDxSonghuaRiver serves Harbin citizens with new ideas and high quality of mental life, since 2013.

2013盛夏，TEDxSonghuaRiver 来到哈尔滨。冰城夏都，这个凉爽而美丽的北国冰城，再次集结最优秀的头脑，与你分享无限创意的故事。

哈尔滨，冰雪之城，松花江畔，每年代表着全世界冰雪雕刻最高水准的“中国哈尔滨国际冰雪节”吸引着来自五个大洲近千万的旅客。

哈尔滨，音乐之都，伴着松花江的潺潺水声，哈尔滨成为了与奥地利维也纳、意大利博洛尼亚、西班牙塞维利亚、英国格拉斯哥、比利时根特并肩而立的音乐之都，获得联合国教科文组织命名。

哈尔滨，啤酒之乡，中国最早的啤酒诞生于松花江畔，在绵绵麦香中，哈尔滨成为了仅次于德国慕尼黑和法国巴黎浪漫酒乡。

一方水土一方人，都知道哈尔滨人浪漫时尚、大方热情、快意情仇，都知道哈尔滨人喜欢音乐啤酒，用冰雪塑造梦想，习惯放声大笑！
