Yao Tang is a young project manager for Teach Future China. Teach Future China is a non-profit organization helping children in rural areas to get education for free. Yao Tang has been raising fund to run the organization and successfully recruited corporate and private donors in China. Her passion for the cause has been a great drive for the movement.
Ningyi started his career as a landscape architect and has since transformed himself into diverse challenges by becoming a parametric building designer and later a data visualization development engineer at current stage. He discovered mathematics hidden in aesthetic beauties and found “the mathematical aesthetic world” in Renren, a Chinese facebook-like online community and currently has 22 million fans from all over China. He is also an avid traveller who has rode bicycle to many provinces and a columnist at Shanghai Evening News.
Lan Wang has been one of the most influential Tai Chi master in China. She is currently Vice-President of Chinese Traditional Martial Art Association and also a national-level coach of Young's style Tai Chi. Master Wang is also a regular guest of honor to Hong Kong International Tai Chi competition. Her passion for harmonized world through Tai Chi has been the ground of teaching for many years.
He Jiang is a partner at IVY Capital and Executive Director of China Pension Holdings Group. He is an experienced financial advisor and investment banker who has witnessed the ups and downs of financial growth in China very closely. He is a frequent member of the board for many promising start-ups and has been the key person to develop many well-known funds. He is also the founder of Asia Pacific Pension Exchange & Purchasing Alliance. He Jiang holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Fordham University and PhD in Economics from CASS.
After graduating from the University of Memphis, Shannon spent a decade in New York City developing a career in assignment and stock photography for clients such as Intel, BMW, Time, Fortune, and the New Yorker. In 2011, he relocated to Beijing, China to develop a stock and assignment production unit supplying images to General Electric, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Alamy, Getty Images, Corbis, Blend, Shutterstock and others. He has served on the board of directors and committee chairs for The American Photographic Artists and American Society of Media Photographers, and was President of the Stock Artists Alliance. He currently serves as a consultant to the foreign photographic community interested in the China, photographs, art directs, and leads a production team of five persons in his 150 sq meter studio in Beijing.
