Jakub Orliński

Ambitious Żeromski High School student eager to learn new languages and cultures. His dream is to become a book translator one day. After school he attends extra lessons in Japanese. His goal is to study Asian Languages at The University of Edinburgh. This Friday he will say a few things he has learned about Japan so far.

Weronika Płóciennik

Creative dancer, dreaming of becoming a professional choreographer. She already leads a crew in Warsaw Dance Academy and loves to work with people. Also keen on drawing, scenography and playing the guitar. Currently a student at Żeromski High School. Weronika will talk about following her passion.

Julia Przedpełska

University of Edinburgh alumna, foreign languages teacher, The Kings Foundation Ambassador. Interested and involved in the Polish take on the issues of international and language education. Julia will talk about Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) and the multidimensional benefits of studying abroad.

Katarzyna Skoneczna

Piano player, art lover, co-creator and redactor of High School English paper. Currently a student at Żeromski High School in Warsaw. Keen of traveling and learning about foreign cultures. Kasia is going to share her personal story about the impact which schools have on our creativity.

Paweł Stępniak

Young writer and journalist, keen on football and alternative rock. Loves every kind of sport. His dream is to visit genuine, wild Africa. So far he has collected football scarfs from almost 20 stadiums in 8 european countries. Apart from psychical activities he runs Facebook fanpage with his own poetry. Paweł will make us aware of lyrics’ complexity.
