TEDxWroclawSalon is a monthly open meeting during which we show the best talks of the TED conference together with inspirational speeches by the invited guests while also giving you an opportunity to meet other people with similar interests.
Meet fellow TED & TEDx fans, people interested in "Ideas Worth Spreading" and the local change-makers! It's an event created specially for all of us! It aims at providing a proper setting for networking and sharing ideas in Wroclaw.

Director of Brave Kids. Student of Marketing and PR at the Wroclaw University, Graduated from Russian philology at the Wroclaw University. Implements New Project at the Song of the Goat association. Since 2009 -2011 Executive Producer of Brave Festival. 2008 volunteer coordinator and production assistant. 2007 New Brave (modern music scene at the brave festival) manager. 2005-2007 cooperation with Semper Avanti Association in Wroclaw, European Voluntary Service in Irkutsk/Russia. 2005 working for Sydney Festival/Australia. Passionate about helping children around the world to feel that the world is theirs.
Greg is the CEO & Founder of Cooklet - popular culinary app downloaded over 700 000 times all over the world. Cooklet has been funded by Adobe-led initiative Open Screen Project and currently is part of Silicon Valley incubator programme - Hackers&Founders Coop. He started his first company (IKS) while still in High School at the age of 16. Worked on various design+tech projects for local and international corporations. Took part and got recognition in many contests e.g. International Mobile Gaming Awards, IGF Mobile, MAX Awards. Greg loves good food, ambitious projects and working with creative people.
Richard has lived in Krakow since 1991. He is involved in and has started many businesses, employing about 400 people in total, and projects to encourage enterprise among children and students. Richard is on the Polish Honorary Committee of Global Entrepreneurship Week and leads an international project “Wojtek - the Soldier Bear - Niedźwiedź Żołnierz” to use Poland’s most famous animal soldier to encourage young people to learn about Polish wartime history. Richard also founded Singing for Fun in Cracow, is a Couchsurfer, helped initiate the Last Night of the Proms in Cracow concerts, and does firework displays.
