Theme: The Ecology of a Great City
Boston, MA, United States
April 24th, 2013
About this event
Steeped in history and tradition, yet full of visionary spirit, the Fenway is home to many esteemed cultural and academic institutions. Over time, it has become a nexus for artists, creative innovators, and researchers, as well as a dynamic community for the neighborhood residents.
As we approach the one year anniversary of the official state-designated Fenway Cultural District*, TEDxFenway invites you to join us as we explore what makes up the 'ecology' of a great city.
Lunch will be provided by the Fenway Alliance, and a post-event reception will be hosted by the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
*The state-designation of Cultural Districts is a Massachusetts Cultural Council initiative. The Fenway Cultural District received official designation on March 20, 2012.
