Wake Up and Make Up"- we would like to bring audiences new experiences, the more multi-dimensional view of many colors in life. You are the young people so you awaken your passion, dare to dare to think and equip with a solid foundation to live and to be yourself. There are still young people having the wrong orientation, the one-sided thinking; therefore, through the story of the speaker, we want you to look at the issue, think more thoughtful, make more intelligent decisions and find yourself a light source. We hope that ideas, views and experiences of the speaker in many fields at TedxYouth@29thMarchPark will continue to spread to young people, help you learn a lot of useful and interesting things and more power to desire and thirst more.

Nguyễn Thành Phong

Nguyễn Thành Phong, a young comic artist from Vietnam who has a deep love and admiration with the Vietnamese rich traditional cultural values, especially its charming and humorous features. They influenced his thoughts and behavior when he was young, and have become the starting points of his entire comic works so far. The comic genre he enjoys the most is experimental comics such as narrative portrait and autobiography. He wants to demonstrate the Vietnamese lifestyle in modern life, how they bring their traditional lifestyles towards modernization and what their attitude are towards those adaptation are. And he also has a great passion in Vietnamese historical comics. “Comics has its own language no matter where the artists come from.”
