Advertiser from Santa Catarina, André Flores studied at ESPM-Sul and is post graduated at the same university studying Consumer Science. Débora Emm is a social scientist (USP) and advertiser (ESPM). She created her profession after her academic background as a market researcher: now, she is a “knowledge curator”. She manages Inesplorato, her new job since 2010. By means of an innovative model, she shortens the distance between her clients and all the information that can transform each one of them.
Heloisa Crocco is an artist and a designer who lives and works in Porto Alegre. Currently, she dedicates herself in a work that is inspired by nature. She develops the Topomorfose and its applications in different bases: utilitarian objects and panels. With this work, Heloisa won the “Design Award” from Museu da Casa Brasileira (São Paulo, 1994) and the Salão Nacional de Arte from Museu da Pampulha (Belo Horizonte, 2000).

John Paul Arlington graduated in Northampton College in England and started his career on the traditional Beedle and Cooper & Sons, the second oldest studio in the United Kingdom. John has become a reference among the professional photographers in Northampton with the manual development and expansion of B&W images. He is owner of DBOX Image Craft studio in Porto Alegre, working as a photographer, stage and photographer director in advertising films.
Julio Decaro is a physician and graduated by University of the Republic with a Gold Medal in 1974. Today, he is the Managing Director at CMI International Group, international consultancy dedicated to negotiation, conflict resolution and management of significant relationships. He administers classes and ensures companies, governmental and non-governmental organizations in United States, Latin America and Europe.
Lauro Alonso is an educator, a lecturer and an author dedicated to holistic and spiritual development. His path represents 17 years of studies and works as a consulter and trainer. He has local and international experience of over than 12 years in his career, exposed in dozens of notes and interviews, hundreds of courses and workshops and a thousand graduated students all around the world.
Luciano Andrés Borrillo studied musical composition at Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and at CEAMC (Center for Advanced Studies in Contemporary Music). Today, he is a music and electronic arts teacher, besides teaching master in musical creation, new technologies and traditional arts at Art Department of National University of February the Third. Luciano is founding member of Cactus Organization (creative artistic collective that involves different art classes), where he works as a composer and performer.
Mauro Cingolani is graduated in gastronomy and hospitality by the Hospitality Institute G. Colombatto, in Turin, Italy. Seduced by gastronomy, he worked in international markets, through renowned restaurants in New York and London. He developed the project Gastronomy School UCS-ICIF, in Flores da Cunha – RS, where he is currently the director of all classes. Mauro is chef consultant of “Professional Kitchens” promoted by Tramontina-Farroupilha and he participates of GT Gastronomy in Rio Grande do Sul, Ibravin, SHRBS and Abrasel Gramado.
Roberto Martini has been part of the digital marketing industry since 1995. He co-founded AG2 (Publicis), RAGE (Prax Holding) and Santa Transmedia Productions before creating Flag Holding (Interpublic Group) where he holds the position of CEO and Chief Creative Officer. He is a programmer and art director graduated in Strategic Management and Finance, but still craving for knowledge in educational institutes such as Berlin School of Creative Leadership, Stanford and Singularity University.
Tânia Maria Tonet
Tânia Maria Zardo Tonet is graduated in Philosophy and post graduated in Latin America’s History and Popular and Folklore Culture. When she became director of the Municipal Historic Museum and Archive of Caxias do Sul, she also started as a member of National Council on Archives and Coordinator of the 2nd Museology Region of Rio Grande do Sul. In 1997, Tânia created the “Three Temples”, company that acts on Cultural Marketing focused on corporative memory’s area.
