About this event

“TEDxFukuokaWomen” is the one and only 2012 TEDxWomen type event being held in Japan. This event will be complemented by five exceptional speakers including Yukari Murakami, the Director of Asubaru, a center that promotes gender equality in Fukuoka, in addition to a woman dedicated to organic farming with “ideas worth spreading” that can potentially impact people’s lives significantly. Approximately sixty volunteers are working to organize this event.
