Bodhy Royy is a cynic and a success coach who believes that whatever be our age; our greatest challenge is to find happiness in what we do in this world of growing populations and shrinking ice-caps. Bodhy's journey into the world of training and development started during his corporate years. An MBA from SPJain Mumbai; Bodhy had worked in senior positions in companies like Nestle, Levers and Accenture, when he began a find a gap in the skill-set available with the next generation applying for jobs and planning their careers post their MBA. They seemed to be educated, but not employable. Syllabus driven, not life-driven. So he said goodbye to the last of his despotic bosses and started Baat-Chit with Bodhy; an outfit that specialises in corporate readiness programs for those seeking to enter the corporate life without serious teething troubles. Choosing a career with your Passion - Quotient, cracking the interviews of Fortune 500 companies, managing every day work pressure, handling insecure bosses and jealous colleagues, and most importantly achieving happiness in an unhappy world are his organisations core strengths since 2005. Over the years Baat-Chit has worked with many B-Schools across India and has trained the students of some of India's premier institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, S.P.Jain Mumbai, Jamnalal Bajaj Mumbai, IMT Ghaziabad, NITIE Mumbai, Welingkar Mumbai, MDI Gurgaon, FMS Delhi among others. His students lead more productive lives pursuing happiness while their refreshed outlook makes higher salaries pursue them. He on the other hand is pursued by students on his Facebook account with bizarre existential doubts at one in the morning. He lives in Calcutta with his family, flies exclusively on Indigo domestically, has an unnecessarily large library and a necessarily small cardio-routine which helps him stay in shape. His workshops aren't for the faint-of-heart. he's up-front, brusque, more often than not - black in his comic tendencies. But he's warned you about all this with his corporate tagline. Baat-Chit with Bodhy - Workshops that Work. ‘Cause the world out there lacks a sense of sympathy.
