Tisa Ho

Tisa Ho is Executive Director of the Hong Kong Arts Festival, and seeks to strengthen organisations she serves, meeting double bottom line targets while deepening connections in the community. At the Singapore Symphony, she tripled subscriptions and more than doubled other revenues. She also initiated an International Piano Festival and built an open-air performance venue; both remain highly successful. At the Hong Kong Festival, she increased both budget and audiences by 50%, extended programming to unconventional venues, and embarked on producing and publishing original new work. Tisa is committed to continued education and developing cultural leadership in and for Asia.

Viveca Chan

Viveca is Founder and CEO of WE Marketing Group, a leading independent marketing communications agency headquartered in China, combining the best of international practice and local insights. Clients include Estee Lauder, China Telecom, Mercedes Benz, Sharp, Mentholatum, amongst others. She has has won numerous personal awards including “Global 100 Most Influential Women in Advertising – Ground Breaker” by Ad Age, “Most Successful Women”from Jessica Magazine, “China 100 Top Entrepreneurs” by China Economic Journal and “Most Influential People in China’s 30 years of advertising history” by China Advertising.
