TED has licenced us to utilize a platform that offers tangible possibilities for change through words. Much more than that, in our TEDx event, as in every TED conference, we are hoping to listen to people who are not only willing to share ingenious ideas, but who are obsessed with working out their ambition. We recognize ‘bigger pictures’ in the work of many Nigerians, so we are hosting an event that brings together a dynamic and cross-disciplinary mix of activists, innovators, educators, web-technologists, and much more. These speakers are individuals whose efforts are trans-generational and wide-reaching.
