TEDxPortofSpain held its first TEDx Salon Event on May 20th

TEDxPortofSpainSalon
For our first Salon we chose to focus on cities of the future or the City 2.0 project. In the Salon, attendees watched one or two TEDTalks followed by a discussion/conversation café. The event was hosted at a private residence and as such was a Dutch or a Potluck style gathering.Future TEDxPortofSpain Salon's will cover topics of your choice. Examples of topics can include, Education, Food, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc..

How to take part in the TEDxPortofSpainSalon?
Since we were experimenting with our first Salon, we are asked interested persons to complete our very short application form on or before May 4th. During the week of May 6th, those selected received information about the event details. We look forward to hearing from you, and are excited to see what will emerge out of the first TEDxPortofSpainSalon.

Attendees should have a demonstrable interest or connection to the Salon topic as the goal is to seek innovation, illumination and insight to the topic. Each salon is curated by a different person selected by TEDxPortofSpain.
