TEDxAsheville had a salon at the French Broad Chocolate Lounge on March 14th. Attendees listened to Bryan Stevenson’s talk, “We need to talk about the injustice” from TED 2012. Afterwards, each guest introduced themselves and contributed to a discussion. Stevenson’s talk touched on the power of identity and the many issues in today’s criminal justice system. He addressed so many points in his talk that it felt as though the discussion could have gone all night! The next TEDxAsheville Salon will be on March 22, 2012 at the same venue at 5:00.

Come join your community for the screening of a prerecorded talk!
Admission is free, registration is requested.
