TedxDunkerque is all about creating an opportunity for people from the Northern region of France (a region that is often made fun of by people from other regions for its lack of innovation and action) to get to know inspiring people and ideas. It is about showcasing the "hidden energy" from within the region and about bringing positive energy from outside the region.
